IPSSW 2011

The International Pediatric Simulation Society (IPSS) held it’s 4th International Pediatric Simulation Symposium and Workshops (IPSSW 2011) October 26-27, 2011 in Toulouse France. Over 250 inter-disciplinary participants representing 26 countries from around the world attended to learn from and with each other and to advance the field of pediatric simulation. Collectively, participants presented 47 abstracts, conducted 10 workshops, and facilitated 10 roundtable discussions. The lineup of speakers was impressive and their presentations provocative-- “they made us laugh, they made us cry, but most importantly, they made us think”.
